These Terms of Use govern your use of all applications ("Apps") developed and published by Nezuko Tech. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these terms.

Use of Our Apps

Nezuko Tech Apps are provided for personal and commercial use. You may use our Apps to process files and data on your device as intended by each App's functionality.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer both free and premium features. Premium features may require an active subscription or one-time in-app purchase.

• Free Trial: Where offered, new subscribers may receive a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at the price displayed in the App. Prices may vary by region.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

Intellectual Property

Our Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nezuko Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any files or content you create or process using our Apps.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from their use will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nezuko Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Apps. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to files processed using our Apps.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files before processing them with our Apps.
• You agree not to use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
